About me
Hi, I’m Phoebe, the founder of Revolution Dance Training!
For 16 years, I was a competitive dancer, and my passion for dance has shaped every aspect of my life. Like many dancers, I started going to the gym as a teenager, hoping to improve my strength and performance. But at the time, I didn’t fully understand how to train in a way that truly benefited my dancing.
While still competing, I followed my curiosity and passion by studying Sport and Exercise Science at university. I was fascinated by how exercise impacts the body and enhances performance in specific sports, like dance. In 2023, I graduated with first-class honours after three years of dedicated study.
I knew I wanted to provide dancers with the guidance and support in strength training that I wished I’d had as a young dancer. That’s why I went on to complete additional qualifications in Strength and Conditioning and Nutrition—to deepen my knowledge and help dancers unlock their full potential.
With Revolution Dance Training, my goal is to create a community of strong, empowered dancers. I want to revolutionise the way dancers train, focusing on building strength, preventing injuries, and optimising performance. Together, we can change the dance world for the better—one strong dancer at a time.
